Foot care tips

Foot care is important to everyone at Elio’s Foot Comfort Centre where we advise clients with the basic foot care tips.

  • Check your feet daily and inspect for any peculiarities or changes
  • A healthy habit is to trim toenails straight across, not down into the corners
  • Take care of your feet from toes to heel.  Pamper your feet. Always keep them warm, clean and dry
  • Comfort is essential for happy feet. Ideally, shop for footwear in midday when feet are swollen to ensure they fit properly at all times.
  • Walking, jogging, running, dancing, and other other foot activity is a key. Keep moving! Keep blood circulation to your feet
  • For advice on specific foot pain or problems you suffer, please contact Elio’s to schedule an appointment with a certified Canadian Pedorthist.  Click here to request an appointment.
